The activity also aims at implementing the directive of Secretary General Mr. Hu Jintao: unswervingly continue to carry out the basic national policy of opening up to the outside world, further elevate the quantity, quality, and level of bringing in and utilizing foreign investment by China, and improve China’s industrial structure and technology level of enterprises while introducing in foreign investment.
