A Series of Activities of “M&A Experience and

Future Development Trend of Chinese Enterprises Seminar”

 

The American Chamber of Commerce in China and CIIMC will jointly hold a series of activities of “M&A Experience and Future Development Trend of Chinese Enterprises Seminar” on January 19th, 2006 and February 23rd, 2006. Here, on behalf of the sponsors, We’d like to sincerely invite your company to participate in the activity. The activities aim at analyzing the current situation, policies, and future development trend of M&A industry in and out of China, further deepening enterprises’ understanding of M&A industry, and elevating success rate of enterprises’ M&A case by studying the cases of Chinese and foreign enterprises. At that time, relevant leaders of National Development and Reform Commission, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, elite enterprises and entrepreneurs of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, and elite members and representatives of CIIMC will be specially invited by sponsors to attend at the seminar.
