Executive Vice- President Zhang Xiaoyu was invited to participate in the reception held by United Nations Development Programme（UNDP）
At the invitation of Mr. Khalid Malik, UNDP Resident Representative in China, Executive Vice- President & Secretary-General Zhang Xiaoyu participated in the reception held by UNDP for the appreciation to its strategic and cooperative partners at noon on 20th December, 2006.
