6.Operation Procedures of Assessment

In order to secure a scientific, reasonable, objective and fair assessment result, in the assessment process of “Enterprises’ International Credit Rating”, operational procedures such as front-end preparation, initial analysis, grade rating and grade publication, etc. should be strictly followed.

(1) Front-end Preparation    Set up Project Evaluation Team and finally decide credit assessment project, collect relevant materials of assessed objects, including both internal information and external information.

(2) Initial Analysis          According to the relevant materials and other information provided by enterprises, evaluation officers will make initial analysis. If necessary, interview will be arranged.

(3) Grade Rating             Evaluation Team will analyze and make the relevant data of assessed objects and carry out quantization and qualitization analysis, write evaluation report and propose initial assessment result.

(4) Grade Publication       Final assessment report will be made. After getting the permission of assessed objects, the organizing committee of “Enterprises International Credit Rating and Promotion” will publish the results on the mainstream media at home and abroad. At the same time, assessed objects have the right to provide the assessment results as their proof materials of commercial credit for their business partners.

(5) Quality Monitoring       Project Evaluation Team will monitor the effects of the assessment model. At the same time, welcome the public or relevant departments of local government or Project Evaluation Team to feed back the assessment result. If some matters that have great influence on the assessed objects’ credit status are found, they can propose follow-up and reevaluation suggestions at any time.
