5. Daily Management Work

 

The title of “International Credit Enterprises” is not life-long. The Enterprises’ International Credit Rating and Promotion adopts daily and dynamic management. Enterprises’ credit will be rechecked once a year, with the results published through media and online.

 

System Construction of Daily Management:

 

I. Establishing Daily System: As per the demand of “Enterprises’ International Credit Rating and Promotion”, relevant systems will be made for the rating and promotion campaign, such as collection of information, initial assessment, rating, publication, verification, review and award, etc., and informing against enterprises who lose credit, discriminating bad credit information, and claiming on credit-losing enterprises, as well as rechecking system. Furthermore, system of encouraging the enterprises who keep credit, system of reprimanding the enterprises who lose credit and and system of receding credit grade will be established in order to bring credit construction into the orbit of institutionalization.

 

.Carrying Out Credit Information Service: The campaign will set up collection channel of credit information within enterprises to collect and record the relevant information legally during enterprises’ production and operation, including credit information of enterprises themselves and information of their trade partners. Credit database will be established which will adopt an appropriate way to provide service for enterprises and society.

 

Credit Training: The campaign will also carry out the training on credit risk management for the enterprises, especially those who fail to pass the rating. By holding training classes, seminars, training on credit risk management for the enterprises will be pointedly carried out. The training will enable enterprises’ management to master the knowledges of construction of enterprises’ credit culture, the establishment of credit management system and application of credit management tools, and enable enterprises to understand and master the knowledge of enterprises’ credit management.

 

Ⅳ. Prevention of Credit Risks: The campaign will help enterprises establish preventative mechanism of credit risks. According to the application of participating enterprises, enterprises will be assisted to set up internal management system that fits for their own business characteristics, with the core of the investigation of customers’ credit status, credit appraisal, credit embarking and accounts payable, covering the content of self-discipline of enterprises’ credit, management of credit files, and enable the credit management work within enterprises to be gradually standardized and institutionalized,  forming an effective preventative mechanism of credit risks and elevating enterprises’ credit upgrading ability and credit risk prevention ability.
