3．Enterprises’ International Credit Rating and Promotion
(1) Enterprises’ Registration and Rating Procedures
I.Registration
Method: Enterprises can register on the internet (www.cicep.com)or through fax (see attachment 6)
Time: Aug. 1st t, 2006
Enterprises should uniformly register to the Organizing Committee, and pay registration fee to finance office (Rating result will be arranged according to the chronological order of registration). The enterprises that have paid the registration fee will fill in relevant rating materials according to the table of rating materials issued by the Organizing Committee, and they should assure the authenticity and accuracy of the materials that have been filled in.

Ⅱ. Initial Assessment
The Organizing Committee of Enterprises’ International Credit Rating and Promotion will carry out an initial assessment on the registered enterprises. Those enterprises that meet the conditions will be required by the Organizing Committee for the review fee, and they will enter rating procedures; furthermore, they will be absorbed into CIIMC and Credit Alliance of Chinese and Foreign Enterprises as their members with no charge of this year’s membership fee (5000 RMB).
Pay review fee to the finance office of the Organizing Committee, and the D&B D-U-N-S Number approved by ISO will be given.
Review Fee: 18,000 RMB
Ⅲ. Rating
The Organizing Committee will check the authenticity of the materials submitted by the enterprises who have gained D&B D-U-N-S Number and carry out the rating according to the “Standard of Enterprises’ International Credit Rating”. Preliminary report will be issued and fed back to the participating enterprises.
Ⅳ. Publication
The enterprises reaching Grade A, B, and C will be publicized through media and online in installments. (If the enterprises disagree with the information published, they can appeal to the Organizing Committee timely). Each enterprise has one-month publication period, and the deadline for publication is Dec. 15th, 2006.
The enterprises who haven’t reached Grade A, B, and C can register to D&B to participate in training after receiving the notice from the Organizing Committee.
Ⅴ.Verification
Verification of the publication will be carried out by the Organizing Committee.
Ⅵ. Review
The Expert Review Committee of the Organizing Committee will review the enterprises in installments according to the results of publication.
Ⅶ. Award
Final rating report will be issued to the enterprises who have passed the review. Awarding ceremony will be held to grant the awardees with the title of “International Credit Enterprises”. The enterprises will get certificates and plaques, and will be publicized to the international society.
Ⅷ. Promotion
Awardees of the “International Credit Enterprises” can register to CIIMC to participate in the promotion and demonstration activities.
Ⅸ. Annual Review
Awardees of the “International Credit Enterprises” will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee every year. The result of the annual review will be published online and through other media.

(2) Awarding Ceremony for “International Credit Enterprises” and CEO Round-Table Meeting of “International Credit Enterprises”
Place: The Great Hall of the People
Ⅰ. Awarding Ceremony for “International Credit Enterprises”
Award credit certificate and plague to the “International Credit Enterprises”. Adorn these enterprises’ legal persons present at the awarding ceremony with credit wreath, credit dress and credit hats.
Give award to the contributive units. Grant the contributive units “Special Contribution Prize of China’s Credit Construction” or “Contribution Prize of China’s Credit Construction”; grant the provinces, cities, autonomous regions and units that carefully, responsibly and actively recommend and organize enterprises to participate in the rating “Special Organizing Prize of China’s Credit Construction” or “Organizing Prize of China’s Credit Construction”.
Ⅱ. CEO Round-Table Meeting of “International Credit Enterprises”
NOTE: Over 100 media at home and abroad will be specially invited to give propaganda and report, to show the charm of “International Credit Enterprises” so as to promote the construction of China’s social credit system and enterprises’ credit system.
